It seems Missourians can’t get enough of an American automobile mainstay, with one of the oldest brands in the country holding the No. 1 spot in the Show Me State.
Dodge is the car choice of Missouri residents, with the 122-year-old Detroit stalwart beating out a host of competitors for the top spot in the state.
BetMissouri.com took a break from covering sports betting in Missouri and utilized CarLogos.org’s list of the Top 50 most popular car brands in the United States as a starting point for the research project.
We then utilized Google Trends to search each car brand to see the highest level of interest of each state for the brand. After completing the trends over the past 12 months (from July 25, 2022, to July 25, 2023), we were able to average out the results to get the top car brand for each state.

Missourians Go With Domestic Brand
Missouri’s love for Dodge automobiles follows a trend seen in states across the country, as the Detroit brand finished behind Honda as the most popular car company in America.
It’s the type of upset that would provide a big payday if there were Missouri betting apps.
Overall, Dodge wound up being the top car choice in five states — Missouri, Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas and New Mexico.
Honda, on the other hand, was the top choice in seven states — ranging from Alaska to South Carolina, allowing the Japanese conglomerate to beat out a host of companies on a national level.
Dodge managed to finish ahead of Ford and Audi, which were the top choice in four states apiece.
